Point a display at your flying instead of the sky above it. Set it up here on your phone, then read the code onto the device once.

The calendar-subscription link from your crew portal — the same one you'd add to your phone's calendar app. We re-read it through the month, so swaps and reroutes follow automatically. We never see your crew login, only the feed you paste.

Where do I find that link?

1 · Straight from your crew portal. Look for Subscribe, Export, iCal, ICS or Add to calendar. Copy the link it offers rather than downloading the file — a downloaded file is a snapshot and stops updating the moment your schedule changes.

2 · Already syncing to your phone? Go via Google Calendar. This is the path that works when your crew app will push a calendar but won't hand you a URL. In Google Calendar on a computer: Settings → pick the calendar your schedule lands in → Integrate calendar → copy the Secret address in iCal format.

3 · Neither? Send us the name of your crew system and we'll add it — hello@wings-above.com.

That secret address is a live link to your schedule. Treat it like a password: anyone holding it can read where you're flying. You can revoke it in Google Calendar at any time, and remove it from the display in Menu → Crew.

  2. We check it works and hand you a six-digit code.
  3. Type that code into the display once — it remembers from then on.
